I didn’t build this program from a book. I built it from the work I’ve done on myself, every day, for more than ten years.

Years ago I broke my own habits — the ones that were dimming my light and capping what I could give to the people around me. What I found on the other side wasn’t discipline for its own sake. It was that giving is the key to a quality life, that awareness and intention come before everything else, and that the only way you fail is if you quit. Those became the foundation of how I live, and now they’re the foundation of Unbound Mastery.

I’m not finished, and I don’t want to be. Becoming someone I respect is the work of my life — I fall short, I look at it honestly, I redesign, I go again, and every time I get back up a little closer to the person I was made to be. I don’t hide any of that from the people I work with, because it’s the whole point: nobody here is finished. We walk this together, every day, two people comparing notes on how to give more to the ones who are counting on us. That’s what makes any of it matter.

I live in South Florida with my wife, Veronika, our dog, Brody, and our cat, Louie — my three best friends. Veronika — thank you. You saw who I was becoming before I could see it, and you’ve loved me through every version since. Everything I build, I build with you in mind. Brody — you taught me presence. Every walk, every morning, you show me what it looks like to be completely here, completely happy, and completely loyal. Louie — you remind me every day that calm is a choice, and that love doesn’t have to be loud. The three of you are the reason I get up early, and the reason I come home.

I started Unbound Mastery because I watched too many good people — successful, respected, loved — give their families what was left of them at the end of the day. I know what’s on the other side of that habit, and I know who it was hiding. My job is to help you become that person, and to make sure your family gets to hold what you learned along the way.
